Personal Data Protection Notice for Recruitment

We, Bluedome, will use the information and data you have provided on this application form e.g name, photograph(s), NRIC or Passport number, address, education background (together with other information we may obtain from you or from your referees) to assess your suitability for employment with us, for administration and management purposes and for statistical analysis. We may disclose your information to our service providers and agents for these purposes.

If your application is unsuccessful, we will keep your information for a reasonable period in accordance with legal requirements and for administration purposes. We may also contact you if other job opportunities arise in the future which we think may be suitable for you.

If your application is successful, we will use your information for personnel administration and management purposes. We may need to share your information with our associate companies, agents and service providers for these purposes. We may also share your personal data with organisations which provide and administer employee benefits.

By signing and returning this form, you consent to our processing your sensitive personal data such as information about your health, criminal convictions or racial or ethnic origin for the purpose of evaluating your application and, if successful, for the purpose of your employment with us. You also consent to our transferring your information to countries which do not provide the same level of data protection as Malaysia, if necessary for the above purposes. If we do make a transfer we will, if appropriate, put in place suitable contracts to ensure your information is protected.

We may keep your information for a reasonable period in accordance with legal requirements if you cease to be employed by us. You have the right to ask for a copy of the information which we hold on you and which is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and to correct any inaccuracies in your information.

We may also monitor or record communications for training and evidential purposes.

You are neither bound nor obligated to supply us the required information and should you choose not to provide any of the information requested herein, please note that failure to provide the information may adversely affect the processing of your application. By providing us details of third parties (e.g family members and referees), you represent and warrant that their consent for disclosure and processing of their information have been obtained in relation to the Purposes.
